What data we process

• identification and contact details from forms (name, e-mail, company, message content)
• your e-mail address when subscribing to the newsletter
• website visit data (cookies and anonymous analytics — only with your consent)

Purposes and legal basis

• handling registration and communication regarding summit attendance (contract performance, legitimate interest)
• handling partnership enquiries (pre-contractual negotiations, legitimate interest)
• sending the newsletter with event updates (consent — can be withdrawn at any time)
• website traffic measurement (consent given via the cookie banner)

Retention period

We keep form data for the preparation and duration of the event and subsequently for the time necessary for follow-up communication, at most 3 years. The newsletter e-mail is processed until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and — only with your consent given via the cookie banner — anonymous analytics tools for traffic measurement. You can change your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser.
