Executive Leaders Roundtable
The Executive Leaders Roundtable is a closed meeting of senior representatives of companies and institutions that have a real influence on the shape of the packaging market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
At one table you will meet representatives of major manufacturers, brands, retail, e-commerce, industry, packaging solution suppliers and selected representatives of public administration and expert institutions.
The goal is not another conference presentation. The goal is an open executive debate about where the packaging market is really heading — in terms of regulation, business and technology.
The discussion will focus on the new European packaging legislation, PPWR, recyclability, reuse, circularity, retail pressure, private labels, costs, sustainability and the real readiness of the market.
Participation is by invitation only. Capacity is strictly limited and each company may be represented by a maximum of one senior representative.
Confirmed participants include:

David Hloušek
Technical Sales Leader
Avery Dennison

Martin Krystian
Chief Executive Officer
OLMA, a.s.
…more names are being announced gradually.
Why the Executive Roundtable is being created
Packaging is no longer just a technical or procurement topic. It is becoming a strategic issue for company leadership: it affects costs, supply chains, compliance, brand reputation and the ability to compete on the market.
The Executive Roundtable creates a space for open discussion among the people who design, manufacture, purchase, use, regulate or strategically manage packaging.
The meeting takes place without a public stream, without sales presentations and without a formal conference structure. The emphasis is on a substantive strategic debate among people with responsibility and influence.
Who the meeting is for
The Executive Roundtable is intended for selected senior representatives of:
- manufacturers and brands using packaging
- retail and e-commerce
- industrial companies
- packaging solution suppliers
- logistics and supply chain companies
- relevant institutions and industry representations
- public administration responsible for industry, trade, packaging and the circular economy
Principles of the meeting
Confidentiality and the Chatham House Rule
The roundtable is closed to the public and to the media. The discussion is held under the Chatham House Rule.
Participants may use the information received, but may not attribute specific statements to individual people or to the organisations they represent.
The SYBA Packaging Institute will subsequently publish summary conclusions only. Attributed quotes will be used solely with the consent of the participant concerned.
The Executive Roundtable has limited capacity. The aim is to form a balanced group of representatives of companies and institutions that genuinely influence the direction of the packaging market.
